We are the controller for the processing described below.

What we process

This website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, advertising, or contact forms, and it does not ask you to create an account.

Server data. When you visit the site, our web server necessarily processes the technical data your browser sends - such as your IP address and the page you request - for the duration of the request, in order to deliver the website (legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The server is configured not to keep access logs, so this data is not stored after your request has been served.

Email. If you email us, we process your email address and the contents of your message in order to respond (legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence no longer than necessary for that purpose or for legal retention obligations.

Recipients and international transfers

This website runs on a server we operate ourselves, on infrastructure provided by Gigahost AS (Sandefjord, Norway) - within the European Economic Area. No personal data is transferred outside the EEA.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, unless required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email Tilian@honig.enterprises.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Norway Datatilsynet, or the authority in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the website’s functionality changes. The current version is always available at this address.
